A Folly Beach House Wedding

This is the Wedding of Samantha and Nicholas Hansford. The Wedding was at a beach house in Folly Beach South Carolina. The ceremony took place on the beach and the reception was inside the beach house. It was a fun, elegant, beach wedding! The Wedding was designed and put together by Bittersweet Events.

Some of these pictures were taken by Jennifer Bearden Photography (who I really enjoyed working with) and some were taken by Bittersweet Events.

The Cake was done by Molly at D'lish Desserts

The Platter was painted by Bittersweet Events, we do one for each Bride as a Wedding/ Thank You gift for choosing Bittersweet Events!

The food was done by Cafe Catering

Congrats Samantha & Nicholas, we wish you all the happiness in the world!

An Elegant Southern Wedding

This was actually my husband and I's Wedding. It took place in Columbia South Carolina at The Lace House at the Govenor's Mansion! It was a beautiful, sweet southern style Wedding! The Wedding was stressfully designed and planned by myself, with help from my wonderful Mother.

All of the photography for this Wedding was done by Gene Ho.

A Bridal Portrait taken inside The Lace House.

The Bride's "something old" a vintage estate garnet ring her Mom got her from Charleston!

The fruit and cheese display served upstairs during cocktail hour, the food was done by Catering by Dupre, so yummy!

Reception food consisted of Crab Cakes, Beef Tenderloin and Smoked Turkey with rolls and toppings, Garlic Mashed Potato and Sweet Mashed Potato Martini Bar, Roasted Vegetables, Crab Dip and Vidalia Onion Dip with assorted breads and crackers.

The bouquets filled with hydrangeas and roses. The Bride's bouquet held 3 red roses, which is a lucky number for the Bride and Groom!

The Brides sister Amanda and very close friend Ashley bustling her dress. The Maid of Honor wore a red knee length dress with a white bow, and the Bridesmaids wore red knee length dresses with a red bow.

Guest book table decorated with flowers and votive candle pillars, and a vintage pen the Bride's father bought her from a local antique shop!

This Wedding wouldn't have been possible without the Bride's amazing parents!

The cake, made by Donna Early, designed by the Bride.

Another view of the cake, it had a room all to itself, with a balcony that overlooked the DJ and dance floor below.

The tiny Bride and Groom. The Bride broke a waterglobe and took these little people out. Then I painted the Bride's hair blonde with a tiny brush since it was originally brown.

Sweet Southern Red Velvet Cake with Pecan Cream Cheese Filling!

A yummy chocolate candy bar filled with Milk Chocolate Red M&M's, Dark Chocolate Andes Mints, Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzles, White Chocolate Almonds, and Dark Chocolate Raspberry Kisses!

Before the Bride and Groom said farewell the Bride changed gowns and then they snuck away to take some pictures by the fountain.
